It's just the title parameter to the block. If you're using WYSIWYG double click the block in the editor to edit, otherwise add title="Whatever to the block's Comcode.

Now I am having a time trying to make different quotes using the Quotes block. If I put 2 quote blocks with different display names that works ok except that each block displays the same quotes. I went to the comcode page where the quote block was and cloned it with a different name but after that I dont know where the clone went? Anyway how can I make another quote block that I can put different quotes in? Ive read the multiple quotes instructions (readable when you go to edit the block) and I'm sorry to say, I evidently have not understood what I am supposed to do.
The text reads:
"Please note that this editing page is just a Comcode page set up to edit the quotes text-file, and the use of the quotes file with the main_quotes block is just a default – you may have multiple quote blocks using multiple quote files, if you wish. If you wish to be able to edit all quote files from within this editor, click 'Edit page' below and add in new main_notes blocks."
I am guessing that I should make a new block??? but I'm thinking there is more to it than that…
