In the folder Uploads>Galleries There are 5 images which are not associated with a gallery but are shown on comcode pages as desired but they also show up on the Module:Gallery. As the page shows up on the address bar it is index.php?page=galleries.

Anyway I didnt want the images to show up on any page but the custom comcode pages I made for them. Is there something I can do to have those photos not show up in the Module:Gallery page? Maybe I need to put them in a different folder I could add?

Hi,

It'd help to understand your motivation and current implementation a bit.

What's the reasoning for using gallery images, as opposed to just, say, attachments to a page? Maybe randomisation?
And you are using the main_content block to include them?

I am using several comcode pages to provide an area of text for different subjects and inserted in those pages are the photos also. I an just using an IMG tag to call the photo from the uploads folder. The photos have no other use but to be inserted on those pages. Im not using blocks or wanting images to change or rotate. They are just a part of the page.

I am just thinking that I can bypass the gallery complication by making a folder and calling for the photo from that file rather than the Uploads/Galleries folder.

I had never thought of doing the pages any other way but with a markup language

Ok, sounds like you need to be uploading to the File/Media Library then :).
