Git Errors On compo.sr

On mobile mode, I've noticed some Git related errors. in the forum topics screen. Am not sure what the technical term for it is(am not particularly good with Git), but I've attached some screenshots to help you understand.
Also, it seems it doesn't show up in all the topics.
