Global font size change

Where in the settings can I change the default size of the site font. After the installation the medium font size is being used. Referring to the right bottom of the footer font change option. Trying to make the smollest one by default.

Admin Zone > Styles > Themes. Edit CSS on your theme. Edit global.css.
Look for:
Code
body.website_body, #wysiwyg_editor {
font-size: 13px;
}
