Wondering why all of my support tickets are no longer visible. The support area is saying I have not submitted any tickets. Even manually looking, the tickets are not visible at all.

I understand Chris is away, but if one of the silent admins can advise, then that would be great.

Hi Paul,

I checked the tickets section and couldn't see any tickets submitted by you.

Give me some time, I will get back to you on this.

Perhaps confusing the tracker with support tickets?

The support tickets are mainly for paid support, while the tracker is for bugs etc.

To view your issues on the tracker you need to go to:
View Issues - Composr CMS feature tracker
And set the 'Reporter' filter.

Become a fan of Composr on Facebook or add me as a friend. Add me on on Mastodon. Follow me on Minds (where I am most active). Support me on Patreon

Was I helpful?
  • If not, please let us know how we can do better (please try and propose any bigger ideas in such a way that they are fundable and scalable).
  • If so, please let others know about Composr whenever you see the opportunity or support me on Patreon.
  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

Misworded on my part.
I mean the tickets in the tracker. Per screenshot. Apparently I have submitted nothing in the tracker.

Change the 'Project' in the top right. That works as a filter.

If you click View Issues you will notice Hide Status defaults to Closed. You can click and change that to [none] to make your issue visible. Perhaps the default should be [none] as it can be confusing.
