I think we need to include:
- Updated details (latest version)
- Updating most instances of 'ocPortal' to 'Composr CMS'
- That the rebrand has happened
- Explaining that Composr CMS may be abbreviated to just Composr

A brand new page as decided on IRC chat. It probably needs some additional editing and no idea why it's got a lowercase c and no idea how to change it (requested the change in Talk). Added Composr: Coversr addon link to Tapatalk page. Added Composr link and info to ocPortal page.
