I have no idea how this place has 5 stars. This was my experience: -I came in on a Monday before 8 am because I had recently purchased a dress that had very minor tears on the top. So easy a caveman could do it, but I know nothing about sewing so I took it in. I knew it was something that could be done within 10 minutes, but asked if it could be done by Thursday anyway. The man at the register said yes. -I came in on Thursday morning to my dress WITH A HUGE TEAR that was not there before. Even today, over a week later, I am disheartened just by thinking about that. The fact that I arrived to my wardrobe piece in WORSE condition than I brought it in, means I will never ever ever be returning. -Not only was I on a DEADLINE and I gave them wayyyy more time than necessary to finish it, but the same man gave me a bit of a pushback ABOUT FIXING THE NEW TEAR FOR FREE!!! I can't even believe that still. I didn't think to take a picture of the tear but it was HUUUGE. He almost acted like he wanted to CHARGE me for the damage they had caused to my dress!!!!!!! AND after the deadline was not met. -He then tried to tell me that they needed until Saturday to fix their mistake, even though I was very clear about needing it by Thursday. I told them that Saturday was not an option, and after much hesitation, they finally agreed on Friday the next morning. -When finally picking it up, the stitching line was NO LONGER STRAIGHT where they had re-sewn where the new hole was. Phew. Was not expecting to experience these roller coaster of emotions again lol. What a horrible unfulfilling and CERTAINLY not Executive style experience. Absolutely will never trust them with my garments again. Links have been temporarily removed to disincentivise spam.
