You will be flying high with this two months yoga immersion to get certified in the two most popular styles of teaching: Hatha (traditional) and Ashtanga Flow. This training is Yoga Alliance recognized at the RYT-200 level. Unlike many online exercises, where you watch pre-recorded videos at your own pace, this training is done live with your teachers and with the other participants for maximum interaction and exchanges.
