Translate into Russian

There is a big desire to translate Composr into Russian. I tried to use the Translate/re-phrase Composr tool, but there are certain inconveniences - HTML marking flies. For localization of OcPortal downloaded *.pot files - it is very good decision. I want to ask to create (whenever possible) the same files for Composr. Or prompt as it is possible to make *.pot (*.po) files. I will naturally share the translation.
